Farmfest's parent company emerges from chapter 11...Cygnus Business Media, Inc. made it official on September 21st... just 49 days after filing its Plan of Reorganization with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.The plan, now confirmed by the court, restructures secured debt by converting part of it to equity.It also provides that all general unsecured creditors, including all vendors of Cygnus Business Media will be paid in full.Cygnus says despite news of the bankruptcy filing, Farmfest netted an overall 7% increase in attendance in 2009.
