A construction company that was working on the Minneapolis Bridge when it collapsed in 2007 has settled lawsuits filed by victims.Progressive Contractors Inc. was doing resurfacing work when the bridge collapsed, killing 13 people.Hennepin County Judge Deborah Hedlund, who approved the settlement Friday, said financial terms wouldn't be released.One attorney said It affects about 130 people.A federal investigation blamed faulty design as the key reason for the collapse, but it also noted that the weight of construction materials was a contributing factor.Other lawsuits are still pending.
