The father of the so called "Balloon Boy" turned himself in to sheriff's deputies in Colorado on Thursday after he was officially charged with a felony in connection to an alleged hoax.Heene and his wife Mayumi Heene were both charged on Thursday and will enter guilty pleas in court Friday as part of a deal to avoid deportation to Japan for Mayumi.Mayumi could face up to six months in county jail and a fine of up to750-dollars.Richard Heene could face two to six years in the Department of Corrections and a fine ofup to 500-thousand dollars.
