The army major accused of opening fire in a deadly mass shooting at fort hood is charged with thirteen counts of premeditated murder.Major Nadal malik Hasan will be tried in military court---that means, a jury of army officers will decide his fate.If given the death penalty, it will be carried out by lethal injection.Last week, Hasan----a thirty-nine-year-old army psychiatrist----allegedly fired about one hundred rounds at fellow soldiers killing thirteen people and injuring at least twenty nine others.Hasan remains at a San Antonio military hospital.
