After continued efforts to reverse the decision, Brown County agriculture extension director Wayne Schoper is still out of a job in 2010.A group of citizens went before the Brown County Commissioners on Tuesday night asking for the county to re-instate Schoper's position.Commissioner Deb Dove motioned to vote on the matter and after a second the board voted down the re-instatement 4-1 citing budget concerns as the reason.
