Defense secretary Robert Gates orders the pentagon to do a broad review of the circumstances surrounding the fort hood killings.The chief suspect is major Nadal Hasan, an army psychiatrist.The review will look at how the military identifies service members who could become violent --- or support America's enemies:Gates says he was "disturbed" to learn Hasan exchanged e-mails with a radical Muslim cleric in Yemen --- who called for the killing of American soldiers.The review will be led by former army secretary Togo West and former navy chief Vernon Clark.It will be completed in forty-five days.
