Local police had a busy night issuing almost 70 citations.The Mankato Department of Public Safety received a complaint about a loud party at this house on Cherry Street.When police arrived they found several of the partygoers were underage.67 citations were handed out, most for underage consumption.Several of the tenants are also facing charges for violating Mankato's social host ordinance.
