A North Mankato man is arrested on drug charges.21 year old Richard Jon Ruch was arrested today by North Mankato police on a warrant out of Blue Earth County.Authorities say he allegedly sold one half-ounce of suspected cocaine to an undercover agent with the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force.Ruch faces charges of conspiracy to commit controlled substance crime in the first degree.Charges are also pending against another suspect in the case.
