The northwest pilots who overshot their flight are giving up their licenses.Captain Timothy Cheney and Richard Cole reached an agreement with the f-a-a and Department of transportation this morning.The terms of the agreement allow both men to reapply for their licenses early next year.The drawback - Cheney and Cole have to start from square one.The distracted pilots overflew their destination airport in Minneapolis late last year...Their plane was missing for nearly an hour and investigators say they ignored calls from their airline and air traffic control.
