| Skywatch 12 Meteorologist Mitch Keegan's Forecast: After yesterday's strong cold front and low pressure system, we'll be seeing a windy day. There's a wind advisory in effect through late this afternoon for winds gusting up to 50 mph at times. Those strong northwest winds will usher in cool air, with highs in the middle 60s today. Overnight lows will drop into the middle 40s. Our average low is in the middle 50s. We're in the upper 60s to near 70 for Saturday with mostly sunny skies. Middle 70s for Sunday then a chance for some showers and storms on Labor Day with highs close to 80. Next week looks pleasant temperature-wise with highs in the middle 70s.
